We would like to take a moment to welcome you to our website and to say THANK YOU for considering our Kickboxing & MMA Classes. We’ve seen so many different types of people come through the doors – from the very overweight needing to ease into serious life change, to the already fit wanting to push themselves mentally and physically. We’ve seen people make amazing, life changing conversions, and we’ve seen people fail.
The thing that all achieved students have is the willingness to succeed. If you can show up with that, we’ll make sure you reach your fitness goals, no matter what they are.
What you should to know is that we are committed to YOUR success. Now, you’re going to have to work for it. We’re going to push you way beyond your COMFORT levels, and you WILL want to quit. Those same demons will rear their heads and tell you can’t, but deep down, we know you CAN! We’re here for you every step of the way. You will succeed. All you have to do is SHOW UP!

So what about YOUR time? To be at your best you need to keep yourself physically strong and mentally focused. Even though it feels like there’s not a minute you can use, if you DON’T take the time, the results can be catastrophic. When we see new members in class, the signs of daily life nowadays are commonly pretty (sorely) obvious:

Excessive Weight
As you get older it gets more difficult to keep your body in good shape. It’s not that you don’t want to, but stress, eating on the go, and life itself starts to show through stored fat on your hips, thighs, and arms. You CAN ditch it. It’ll take work, but you CAN.

We’re humans – we’re not supposed to be enclosed in an office all day, only to come home and sit in front of a TV (go to bed, wake up and do it again the next day). It’s not like you want to look like a gymnast or something, but as time wears on, our flexibility wanes. This means you don’t move as well, you get injured more easily, and when you DO try to exercise, it feels almost impossible. But after only a few weeks of Kickboxing Classes, you’ll literally feel your muscles relaxing. It can totally change the way you move through your day.

“Health” isn’t just a new buzzword. Our population is slowly dying of heart disease, chronic illnesses and worse. Don’t expect to beat the statistics unless you take action.
