We want to take a moment to welcome you to our website and to say THANK YOU for considering Martial Arts for your child. We’ve taught kids martial arts classes for years and as you can imagine, We’ve seen every kind of personality you can think of in a child. Rambunctious, shy, defiant, complacent…every child is different, with special gifts to give and challenges to overcome, and we’ve seen Martial Arts classes help every single one of them find their inner strength, peace, and focus.


We’ve seen ultra-shy kids burst out of their shell, ADD and ADHD kids learn how to control themselves, socially awkward kids learn how to make and keep friends, and even helped special needs children find a place to fit in and feel accepted. So, what we’ll do on this page is tell you a little about what our focus is in our classes, and what methods we use to achieve our results. Take a look at what we do, and see if our philosophy on the Martial Arts mat lines up with your goals as a parent, and if what we teach would be beneficial in your child’s life. Again, THANK YOU for considering Martial Arts – it was literally the BEST thing that ever happened to me when I was young, and we think it’s possible that it could be the same for your child.

The thing that all achieved students have is the willingness to succeed. If you can show up with that, we’ll make sure you reach your fitness goals, no matter what they are.


What you should to know is that we are committed to YOUR success. Now, you’re going to have to work for it. We’re going to push you way beyond your COMFORT levels, and you WILL want to quit. Those same demons will rear their heads and tell you can’t, but deep down, we know you CAN! We’re here for you every step of the way. You will succeed. All you have to do is SHOW UP!

Excessive Weight
As you get older it gets more difficult to keep your body in good shape. It’s not that you don’t want to, but stress, eating on the go, and life itself starts to show through stored fat on your hips, thighs, and arms. You CAN ditch it. It’ll take work, but you CAN.

Lack of Group Interaction
We’re humans – we’re not supposed to be enclosed in an office all day, only to come home and sit in front of a TV (go to bed, wake up and do it again the next day). Being in class with like minded people that are just as focused on improving themselves and reaching the same goals is the best thing for your personal journey.

You can’t sign up at a big box gym expecting to get you desired results. Hiring a personal training can cost hundreds of dollars. Join a class where you’re impelled no just by not just your motivation,
